What is a Virtual Assistant & What do they do?
A Virtual Assistant is an office administration professional that works from the comfort of their own home office or a leased office space
A Virtual Assistant does the things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Answering telephones, replying to emails, invoicing your clients… anything you can do online, your Virtual Assistant can help you with.
What you need to know
When you first contact us (whether by phone or email), we’ll ask questions about you, your business and the tasks to be completed. We’ll also ask you for an approximation of how many hours you think these tasks might take (or how long these tasks currently take you to complete).
What hours do you work?
Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm however, if there is an urgent request I am available to get the job done.
How do we communicate?
We work with what you're most comfortable with but our options are endless; Dropbox, Google Docs, Skype, Facetime, Email and Phone.
With the use of Dropbox you can share the files that you want to share with us, so that we work in real-time on the same documents. There is no need to send files via email and there will be no chance of duplicate documents. It works just like a normal server, just in the cloud.
